We define a local retailer as one that has the merchandise available on the premises and is located within our normal delivery area. We will not match prices for going-out-of-business sales, or Treeforms floor samples, clearance items, or damaged items. Payment, Cancel, Refund & Price Protection Method Of Payment Policy We accept cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, bank check, money orders, and personal checks. We do not accept starter or temporary checks. Convenient financing plans are also available through Wells Fargo Financial. Treeforms currently uses an electronic check reader if you chose to use a check at your time of purchase. The money will then be directly debited out of your bank account and you will sign a receipt to verify the payment. Cancellation Policy On Special Orders Special/custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS you, the purchaser are solely responsible for the item fitting in to your premises and for any custom changes in design upholstery or stain colors. Be CERTAIN the color you order is the color you will want forever. Once it is finished, it is yours.
