Treeforms offers pricing that is below the recommended price.
If you find a lower price on identical merchandise at another full service local retailer and we can verify the price, we will match it.
We define a local retailer as one that has the merchandise available on the premises and is located within our normal delivery area. We will not match prices for going-out-of-business sales, or Treeforms floor samples, clearance items, or damaged items.

Method Of Payment Policy
We accept cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, bank check, money orders, and personal checks. We do not accept starter or temporary checks. Convenient financing plans are also available through Wells Fargo Financial.
Treeforms currently uses an electronic check reader if you chose to use a check at your time of purchase. The money will then be directly debited out of your bank account and you will sign a receipt to verify the payment.
Cancellation Policy On Special Orders
Special/custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS you, the purchaser are solely responsible for the item fitting in to your premises and for any custom changes in design upholstery or stain colors. Be CERTAIN the color you order is the color you will want forever. Once it is finished, it is yours. In the case of entertainment centers you are responsible for your television fitting in the provided opening. Treeforms Amish Furniture is not responsible for your television size.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We do our best to find products that are unique but also made with quality in mind. Returns and refunds are considered only at the discretion of Treeforms Amish Furniture. Only stock items will be considered for a refund IF THEY ARE RECEIVED BACK AT OUR STORE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR DELIVERY. FURNITURE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. Return delivery or postal charges are paid by the customers, whether it is a small or large item. We will not accept items for a refund if we feel that abuse or negligence was involved. If we receive the item within 10 days of purchase and in the same condition as we sent it, refunds are promptly given. There will be absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS. In store credit may be given at the discretion of original purchase. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or invoice) is required for all returns. Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Entire credit card number and expiration date is required to credit refunds electronically). Refunds for checks cannot be made until check clears our bank. The value of missing accessories and any applicable open box fee will be deducted from the credit amount of the return. No returns accepted on discounted items including floor samples, discontinued items and items marked “AS IS.” Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Policy
When your merchandise is available, we will contact you to set up a delivery date. We deliver to the Anchorage area and Wasilla/Eagle River area on specified days of the week.
We will provide you with 2-3 hour time frame to accept delivery of your merchandise on specified date. We CANNOT complete delivery if no one is at home to sign for the merchandise.
We request that you accept delivery of your merchandise within 10 days of it’s becoming available.
- If this is not convenient or you are having a problem of any kind, please let us know so we can help.
- If we do not hear from you within 10 days, we may release the merchandise from your order(s) and it will be necessary for you to contact us to make other arrangements.
If you need to cancel a scheduled delivery please call any of our store locations at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule during normal business hours. If we do not receive a call and no one is at the residence at the time of delivery Treeforms Amish Furniture reserves the right to charge for a second delivery.
If you have a remaining balance at the time of delivery, you may pay for it with MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, or bank check. Our drivers cannot accept cash, personal checks, or money orders.
To prepare for the delivery of your merchandise, you need to do the following:
- Ensure that someone 18 years of age or older is home to accept delivery.
- Remove snow, ice or any other obstacles that might hinder our delivery crew.
- Clear the room(s) where your new furniture will be placed. Our delivery crew cannot move or remove existing furniture.
- If a delivery requires the removal of a window, you will need to make arrangements and pay for it on your own.
- Deliveries made above the third floor without access to an elevator will be subject to an additional charge.
- To ensure the safety of our drivers, Treeforms Amish Furniture will determine if they will make deliveries during hazardous weather conditions.
- ALL deliveries include full set up of all the furniture you have purchased: this includes dining sets, china hutches, entertainment centers, beds etc.
Pick-Up Policy
You must pick-up in stock items within 10 days of payment.
For items not in stock, you must pick them up within 10 days of being notified of their availability. If you are unable to pick-up an item within 10 days, please contact us to make other arrangements. Otherwise, we may release the merchandise from your order.
Call us at least 72 hours before the day you want to pick-up your order. This will allow time to transfer the merchandise from our distribution facility to the proper pick-up location.

Service & Warranties
Warranties
For the following warranties to apply you must be the original purchaser and have your original sales receipt.
Treeforms Amish Furniture offers limited lifetime warranty on all furniture products made by Amish. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials only. An optional warranty covering finishes and accidental breakage is available for purchase at the time of sale. Please contact a sales representative for details. An Optional warranty will only apply if it is purchased AT THE TIME OF SALE.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION, do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected your product for damage!!! Be sure both the driver and you sign the delivery manifest. Be sure that the driver (delivery person) has noted the damage in detail, both of you have signed, and get your customer copy of receipt. We will make every effort to promptly repair any damage caused during shipment or delivery. You may also refuse delivery of damaged merchandise. Complaints of damaged or missing parts and pieces after delivery if not properly noted on receipt will not be accepted.
Billing Information
Special Order items require 50% down payment at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due when the furniture arrives. Payment is required before furniture leaves the premises.
Shipping Procedures & Time Frames
DELIVERY OF FURNITURE AND OTHER NOTED ITEMS MAY TAKE 3 to 6 MONTHS, IN SOME CASES EVEN LONGER. Unfortunately since we depend on scheduling of other transportation businesses, once your furniture has been handcrafted, blanket wrapped, hand loaded it is traveling 5,000 miles to Alaska, we can only estimate the approximate month of arrival. Therefore, we would like to ask you, our customers, to be understanding if your order arrives late! Phone numbers are required so that we can keep you informed, coordinate deliver and provide the best customer service possible.
Service Policy
We reserve the right to: Inspect damaged or defective merchandise and evaluate the condition. If the item has been in your possession for sometime and is found to have errors in the craftsmanship or materials we will work with you to fix them to your satisfaction. If the product is defective due to negligence or misuse any repairs will be done at a cost to the customer.
It is at the discretion of Treeforms Amish Furniture to evaluate damages after the items have been received by the customer and signed for.
Clearance Merchandise
Clearance merchandise includes:
- Merchandise that is discontinued, miss-ordered, or previously owned as shown on the floor
- Merchandise with some irregularity or cosmetic defect in wood, fabric or other material that occurred while on the floor, during shipping, while in the warehouse or during the manufacturing process.
PLEASE keep in mind, Treeforms Amish Furniture does not often offer clearance items due to the high quality of the product. Our products are meant to be heirlooms and as they age, if well maintained, gain value. Little discounting is done simply because an item has been on our show room floor for a longer period of time. Please check our website clearance section for the best deals we are offering.
All sales of Clearance Merchandise are final; no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted.
Treeforms Amish Furniture does not accept phone orders or layaways on Clearance Merchandise unless a credit card is used over the phone to make a payment.
Clearance merchandise must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
