LIFETIME GUARANTEE Back to Customer Service All of Treeforms Amish Furniture items are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials only. Occasional splits and minor cracks in natural hardwoods is not considered a defect. Warranties covering finishes and accidental breakage are available for purchase at the time of sale. If you are not completely satisfied with any Treeforms Amish Furniture product, we will refund or replace it within 10 days of purchase. Beyond that, should our furniture fail at any time during the lifetime of the original owner because of workmanship or material, we will either repair or replace it. We extend this guarantee to any purchase made after 2005. Some customer-requested modifications might be excluded.
