What is the warranty on my furniture? Treeforms Amish Furniture offers limited Lifetime warranty on all of our Amish Made Furniture products. This warranty covers any constructional defects that may affect structural integrity of our furniture products. Additional “Guardian” five year warranty on finish and surface is available for purchase. To view more information about the Guardian products and warranties please click here. Do you service out-of-warranty furniture? If the item was purchased from Treeforms Amish Furniture we will work with you to service those items. Unfortunately, due to high demand we are unable to service furniture that was not purchased from our stores. Does Treeforms sell gift certificates? Yes, we do sell gift certificates. They can be purchased in person at any of our store locations, or over the telephone. I am interested in a product that you carry, but I saw it at another store at a lower price. Do you price match? Treeforms Amish Furniture offers the same low price on all of our high quality merchandise every day. If you find a lower price on identical merchandise at another full service retailer and we can verify the price, we will match it.
We define a local retailer as one that has the merchandise available on the premises and is located within our normal delivery area. We will not match price on going out of business sales, or Treeforms floor samples, clearance items, or damaged items. Can I purchase toss pillows in a different, or even the same fabric? Yes, if you have ordered an item that was made with fabric we can order you either the fabric itself or, in most cases, toss pillows made in the same fabric. Proof of purchase is not required to order fabric from us. What do you recommend to clean and polish Amish furniture? The finest oak, cherry or maple has been used to produce our furniture products. The swirls, small knots, grains, and color variations are natural characteristics of the real wood. Do not confuse “solid wood” with what is described as “all wood” in which case particle board and plywood are commonly used. No two trees are exactly alike; hence each of our furniture products has its own unique characteristics and natural expressions. These do not impede the structural integrity of this product, but serve to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Created with a beautifull blend of meticulous hand labor and precisely machined components, these furniture items if properly cared for will provide you with years of excellent service. Recommended Care: Proper cleaning of your hardwood furniture ensures beauty and longevity. We recommend simply using a damp cloth or any citrus oil to clean your furniture. Our store also offers Guardian wood care products, specifically formulated for fine solid hardwood furnishings. NEVER USE SILICONE/ALCOHOL BASED POLISH ON YOUR HARDWOOD FURNITURE. Every effort should be made to keep your hardwood furnishings out of direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators, hot air outlets or wood stoves. Humidity between 35 to 45 percent is highly recommended to prevent potential cracking or expansion. Basements with high humidity should be avoided. You may choose to dehumidify or humidify depending on your environment. Extreme temperature and humidity will ruin wood. With proper use and care, your furniture will last a lifetime.
